Search, YouTube and Display in one place, with the verified advertiser behind each creative and the date range it ran.
The Ads Transparency Center is the library with the widest surface area: it covers all three Google networks at once. Its distinguishing feature is advertiser verification — Google requires whoever runs an account to identify themselves, so you can separate a brand from its resellers and affiliates, which is impossible on the other three.
We would rather say it before you build an analysis on top of it.

Structure, field names and formats are the real ones from each Actor. The LinkedIn records come from real runs; the rest use example advertisers so no invented figures are attributed to real companies.

Not from this source. The Transparency Center publishes creatives and advertisers, not search terms. That is a limit of the library itself, not of the extraction.
Yes. It is one of the three covered surfaces, alongside the Search and Display networks, and the surface field records where each creative ran.
