What you can do with the datasets we deliver, in plain language. No hidden clauses and no asking permission for the obvious.
It applies to every dataset Rastriq delivers, whether you run it from Apify or receive it exported as JSON, CSV or Excel.
The licence is non-exclusive: the same data may be available to other customers.
You may use the data inside your organisation with no limit on volume, users or duration: analysis, dashboards, internal reports, valuation models, integration into your systems.
You don't need to notify us or ask permission for any of this.
You may build the data into your own product or service as long as what you offer is derived or aggregated data: price indices, valuations, benchmarks, market signals, visualisations.
What you may not do is redistribute the raw dataset as delivered, or resell it as a data product equivalent to ours.
The line is simple: if your customer receives our file, it's not allowed. If they receive something you built with it, it is.
You may use the data to train, fine-tune or evaluate machine learning models, including models you go on to commercialise.
No separate agreement or additional licence fee is required.
If you publish analysis based on our data we like being cited, but it is not a condition of the licence. Use it without having to remember us.
The data comes from third-party platforms and reflects what those platforms published at the time of extraction. We do not guarantee completeness or accuracy, nor that sources will keep their structure or content unchanged.
If you spot a systematic error, tell us: fixing it matters as much to us as to you.
Every dataset is built from public sources and contains product and listing attributes, not personal data. The detail of how we work is in the responsible data section.
If we change the licence, the new version applies to deliveries made after the change. What you already received is governed by the terms in force at that time.
This document describes how you can use our data in practical terms. For a supply contract with terms specific to your organisation, get in touch.
