The MHRA's official list of new licences (WDA(H), WDA(V), MIA, MIA(IMP), MS and more) as clean rows: MHRA company number, licence type, company, postcode district and month of grant. The MHRA only publishes the last 12 months and replaces the file every month; the actor keeps the history and alerts you to new licences.
Quick answer: Every new medicines manufacturing and wholesale dealer licence granted by the UK MHRA (WDA(H), MIA, MIA(IMP), MS and more), with company number, type, company, postcode district and month, plus a monthly new-licence alert and the history the official 12-month list does not keep. Licences held in a personal name are redacted.
The MHRA publishes on gov.uk a single CSV with the new licences of the last 12 months, replaced every month.
What gets lost. Older licences drop off the list without notice, the file link changes every month and there is no change feed. The actor keeps those that leave the window (in_current_list = false, aged_out) and in Delta mode returns only the new ones.
What it is not. It is the official list of new licences, not the full register of holders: it does not report suspensions or revocations, and aged_out is not a revocation.

No personal data. Some licences are held in a personal name (for example a GP practice listed by the doctors' names). In those cases name, street lines and full postcode are set to null and city and postcode district stay; in this list there are 3.

Once a month, usually in the first week. A weekly Delta also works and charges no rows when the file has not changed.
No. It is the official list of new licences of about 12 months; the full GMDP register is not covered.
No: the history builds up from your first run. Licences that left before cannot be recovered.
The MHRA publishes the list under the Open Government Licence v3.0, which allows commercial reuse with attribution.
Because the holder looks like a person; city and postcode district are kept.
Tell us licence types or areas and we will send an extract in the schema you would receive.
