## What you get for every ASIN

One request per product, one row per product. Paste Amazon URLs or a list of ASINs and pick the marketplace.

**The price a local shopper pays.** The actor sets a delivery address in each country (New York 10001, Berlin 10115, Madrid 28001…) or the one you give it, so you never get export prices without VAT or "does not ship to your location" pages.

**Nothing is filtered or invented.** Missing data arrives as `null` with the reason in `_warnings` (for example `no_price_out_of_stock`). Products that are not found or fail come back as a free row, so you know which ASINs to check.

Two real runs over the same 47 amazon.es ASINs, on 13 and 16 October 2026. The other 37 did not change price.

Ten of 47 products changed price in three days, with drops of up to 11 % on a pair of jeans. Four of the ten changes were under 0.5 %: with `priceChangeThreshold: 1` the actor ignores those cent-level moves and only alerts you to the ones that matter.

## Frequently asked questions about Amazon price data

### Do I need an Amazon account or the Product Advertising API?

No. The actor reads public product pages with no account, no API keys and no browser extension, and returns fields the official API does not expose, such as rank per category, "bought in past month" or the Buy Box seller.

### Does the price include VAT?

Yes. The actor uses a delivery address in each country, so you get the VAT-inclusive price a local shopper sees. You can set your own postcode with `deliveryZipCode`.

### How do I get price-drop alerts?

Turn on `trackPriceChanges`, save the input as a task and schedule it daily. Every run fills `previousPrice`, `priceChange` and `changes`; a webhook or Make, Zapier or n8n turns that into an email or Slack alert.

### Why does a product have no price?

Because it is out of stock, not sold on that marketplace or has no Buy Box. In the last case the actor reads the offers and returns the cheapest new one with `priceSource: lowest_offer`. Every case is explained in `_warnings`.

### Does it include reviews or search results?

No: it focuses on product pages, which keeps it fast and cheap. For the review text of the same products there is the Amazon reviews actor.

### How much does tracking 1,000 products daily cost?
